With only an Internet-connected smartphone, technicians of FPT Telecom can now manage all their information, along with other interesting features via the new app My TIN – PNC.

My TIN – PNC is an application which allow easy management and searching of personal information regardless of location, developed by the Project Department in collaboration with the PNC Department of Digital Transformation.

Talking about the app, Mr. Nguyen Huy Cuong – Head of Project Department, said: “The app stem from our operational goal of 2020, when data are being constantly “digitalized”, which requires a tool that can satisfy all these digitalization requests. My TIN – PNC is thus born to be this Smart ‘Assistant’, which serve all searching and management needs for personal information of our Technical Department members like: attendance, income, tool management…”

On June 8, the first version of the app was tested at the two TIN03 and PNC04 branches, before going on a temporary hiatus for comments and debugging of occurred errors. Now, the app is in use across the nation, and estimated to be full functions to support FPT Telecom’s technicians by the end of November, 2020.

Despite multiple functions, the interface of My TIN – PNC is user-friendly, with options all placed in the Menu tab at the top left corner of the screen. The 1.0.0 version of the app includes the following functions:

  • Automatic attendance check: determines coordinates via connection with the Mobinet software. Displays real-time attendance, attendance history by month, and total of pay days up to current date.
  • Personal income: displays detailed monthly income of users, including formula salary and accounting salary.
  • Work result: helps track CSAT information, KPIs for late/in-time appointments, CLL, CL7N and sanctions (estimated completion time: August 1, 2020).
  • Instruments and tools: Easily manages information regarding current instruments and tools, and delegation of these by group.
  • Personal information: displays detailed information and work contracts of users.

Ever since its birth, My TIN – PNC has brought forth multiple new experiences to users, as well as effective support for technicians in their everyday tasks.

“The first version I tested out was 0.1.6, which had been updated to 1.0.0 now. During that one month between the update, I realized the extreme help it offers to us technicians. With just simple actions, I can manage and track my pay days and check in accurately. I am also quite fond of the CSAT and KPI tracking feature, as I can look at my personal income as a source of inspiration everyday at work,” Mr. Huynh Cong Chien – PNCO4 Onsite Technician, shared.

By July 27, 2020, rate of installation for My TIN – PNC nationwide had reached 93% for the 1.0.0 version.

At the moment, the app supports Android OS only. However, in the near future, the app will also be introduced on iOS with new features like training and marketing, as well as improved and optimized old features. Mr. Nguyen Huy Cuong also disclosed that the Project Department was also researching for a new feature that could calculate means to increase work efficiency and optimize shift delegation for technicians. If works, this may help employees to improve their income.

Deployment of My TIN – PNC has been bringing new opportunities, helping users to easily manage and search personal information accurately. The app is also built with novel and practical features, which further optimize technicians’ work.

With its stable foundation and eager support from technicians of FPT Telecom, the My TIN – PNC app will see further developments and expansions, until it reaches other divisions.
