Blockchain platform akaChain is voted as one of the “outstanding digital services and solutions” at the 2020 Vietnam Digital Transformation Awards.

The organizing board appreciates the security superiority and time-saving feature of akaChain. The blockchain-powered platform also improves customer experience and help businesses in finance and banking sector to assess the potential risks of bad debt.

akaChain is the pioneer product on the market that helps businesses save costs, increase productivity and promote security. Therefore, businesses can create new growth models that were impossible due to limitations in technology and automation.

The blockchain platform akaChain enables businesses to build business networks using blockchain. It is extremely useful in that it can reduce deployment time for many tasks like: electronic Know-Your-Customer (eKYC), credit scoring, loyalty programs, and origin tracing.

The organizing board representative underscored that the “Make in Vietnam” digital platform akaChain would encourage state agencies and businesses to push technology investment and adoption in orperations.

Launched at the end of 2018, akaChain is used by several customers, including Masan Group (FMCG); Bao Viet, AIA Vietnam (insurance) and VPBank (finance and banking). akaChain is also recognized as one of the “Make in Vietnam” digital platforms by the Ministry of Information in the “National Digital Transformation Program to 2025, with a vision to 2030.”

According to FPT Software representative, akaChain is a digital platform in the series of FPT’s digital transformation services and solutions, aiming to develop digital economy in Vietnam. It is expected that akaChain will focus on security and transparency to develop a complete suite of solutions for digital identity and traceability in supply chain.

Along with akaChain, three other services and solutions, including the Integration and data processing platform FPT.Fortuna, Online Training Solution Software FPT.eLearning, and Electronic Medical Examination Book FPT.CaresBook, are also honored at the event.

“With the FPT Digital Kaizen methodology and product ecosystem, FPT is ready to accompany Vietnamese businesses on the journey of digital transformation, developing a digital economy in Vietnam,” shared FPT representative.

Vietnam Digital Awards is an annual award organized by the Vietnam Digital Communications Association (VDCA), aiming to honor businesses and individuals for using of digital technologies in research, manufacturing and selling solutions and services. The award has 4 categories: Digital Technology Solution and Service, Digital Transformation in Businesses, Digital Transformation among State Agencies, and Narrowing Digital Gap.

The 2020 Vietnam Digital Transformation Awards is based on such criteria as: features, functions, security, quality, competitive advantage, return of investment (ROI), market share and prestige and capability of providers.
