Normally each call will take 15 to 20 minutes to solve, but with artificial intelligence, it only takes 2 to 3 minutes. In the future, the entire customer care center of this company will be operated by artificial intelligence. Fukoku Mutual insurance company announced their replacement of more than 30 staff with artificial intelligence, they estimate that labor productivity would increase by 30% and help reduce the company’s annual cost by 140 million yen. According to the chairman of Facebook, Jarvis is not a robot but a software that Mark Zuckerberg integrates into his phone or computer. Just send a message, Jarvis will open the door for guests, adjust the lighting system or even play with Zuckerberg’s daughter.
In the digitalization age, the most important thing is to automate the decision-making process, which is only fulfilled by artificial intelligence. In addition, supportive elements such as storage capability and computational experiences are all ready. This is also an opportunity for businesses to capture and use new technology to make a difference to become a leader. Any business that does not change is difficult to survive in a highly competitive global marketplace. The technology race in general and in the field of artificial intelligence in particular is inevitable to technology giants in the world, especially when they own huge amounts of data, which is precious resource for the development of artificial intelligence.
